Full-Time Telebridge Teleconferencing

Full-time Telebridge services are purchased in units of 1-month, which provide up to one calendar month of round-the-clock usage.

Full-Time Telebridge Prices

Various sized Telebridges are available for full-time purchase. The setup fee for any full-time bridge is a one-time charge of $50 ($25 for existing hourly or full-time customers or for Webvalence Internet customers). Telebridge Teleconferencing offers the following full-time bridge sizes:

Full-Time Telebridge Account

Full-time use begins as soon as you are assigned a bridge (usually within 48 hours of your request). The phone number of your full-time bridge becomes available when the rental begins.

Your new full-time Telebridge account allows you:

  1. Use the Telebridge anytime you wish.
  2. Schedule all calls on the Telebridge.
  3. Allow third parties to use your assigned Telebridge.

Full-Time Telebridge Payments

Payment for full-time usage is due monthly, in advance, on the first day of the month.

Cancellation of a full-time bridge requires fifteen days' notice. Please notify us by the 15th of your last month to avoid an additional month's charge.

Full-Time Telebridge Features

All bridges have the these standard features:

  • Two PINs, host and guest
  • Guest self-mute
  • Host muting of all guests
  • Volume increase control
  • Recording capability
  • Playback capability (standard for bridges smaller than 200 persons)
  • Entry tone
  • No Exit tone

The following features are optional at no extra monthly cost (a $10 setup charge applies when you change features):

  • Music on hold
  • Exit tone
  • No entry tone
  • Auto Hangup (disconnect guests when last host hangs up)
  • Security (prevents entry of more guests when locked by host)
  • Name Record (guests record name before entering conference, optional name announcement when conference is joined, roster of guests currently in conference may be requested by the host at any time)

Following features are available for extra cost:

  • Security PINs (For $2 per PIN, guests can be required to enter an individualized PIN on entry to all teleconferences. For $50/month, a written report of PINs on calls for the month will be supplied to the account owner

In addition to the above, the following features are available on our Advanced Telebridges at no extra monthly cost (there is a $25 setup fee for existing Telebridge customers who switch to an Advanced Telebridge):

  • Live Conference Viewer, an online interface that lists call participants in real time and allows web-based control of many call features such as recording and lecture mode.
  • Dial-in recording playback that accommodates multiple simultaneous listeners.
  • Control of entry and exit tones.
  • Support for VoIP callers (Internet phone services like Skype and Vonage)
