Small Teleconference (fewer than 200 person) Full-Time Telebridge Recording Instructions

Step 1: Record Your Teleconference1

  1. The following keypad features for recording are only accessible to the person(s) who have entered a Host PIN when dialing into the Telebridge.
  2. Announce that you will begin recording.
  3. Press *2 to begin the request for a recording.
  4. You will prompted to enter a file number and the pound sign. Enter any 6-digit number that you have not previously used. The automated attendant will ask you to confirm the number that you entered, by typing a 1.
  5. When you have confirmed your file number, the automated attendant will normally ask you to “Press 1 to begin recording.” If the file number you have entered has already been used, you may hear a tone and then silence. If this occurs, press *2 to end the dialog and start your recording from the beginning using a different 6 digit file number.
  6. If your file number is approved, press 1 to begin recording. The automated attendant will say “Recording has begun.”
  7. Press *2 to stop recording. The automated attendant will say, “Recording has stopped.”

Step 2: Play Back the Teleconference1

The Recording Playback feature allows participants to listen to previously recorded Teleconferences for up to 21 days from the date of recording. When the Playback is being used, the Telebridge is not available for a Teleconfernce. Anyone who dials into the Telebridge while the recording is being played back will hear the recording from the point at which they join. We recommend that times for Playback be scheduled by the Host.

  1. Dial into your Telebridge using the Host or Guest PIN.
  2. Press *3.
  3. Enter your 'conference file number' (the number the Host selected before recording) followed by #.
  4. The automated attendant will verify the number that you have entered. If this number is correct and you wish to proceed with the playback, press 1. If the file number is not correct and you wish to re-enter the number, press 2. You may press the star key (*) to cancel at any time.
  5. The automated attendant will then notify you that your conference playback has started.
  6. Press *3 at any time to stop the playback.
