Small Teleconference (fewer than 200 person) Hourly Reservation Telebridge Recording Instructions

Step 1: Record Your Teleconference

  1. The following keypad features for recording are only accessible to the person(s) who have entered a Host PIN when dialing into the Telebridge.
  2. Announce that you will begin recording.
  3. Press *2 to begin the request for a recording.
  4. You will prompted to enter a file number and the pound sign. Enter any 6-digit number that you have not previously used. The automated attendant will ask you to confirm the number that you entered, by typing a 1.
  5. When you have confirmed your file number, the automated attendant will normally ask you to “Press 1 to begin recording.” If the file number you have entered has already been used, you may hear a tone and then silence. If this occurs, press *2 to end the dialog and start your recording from the beginning using a different 6 digit file number.
  6. If your file number is approved, press 1 to begin recording. The automated attendant will say “Recording has begun.”
  7. Press *2 to stop recording. The automated attendant will say, “Recording has stopped.”

Step 2: Request a Copy of your Recording

Recordings may not be replayed on the Telebridge itself. You will need to order a copy of your recording in order to listen to it. Recordings are stored up to 21 days from the date of recording. To assure that you are able to get a copy of your recording, fill out our recording order form as soon as possible after the call.

Recordings are requested from the recording order form in your user account. Login to request a recording. You may find more information on your choice of recording type, delivery method, and pricing here.
